Privacy, without the fog.
This notice explains how SITO72 handles personal data when you visit the website, submit a request, become a customer, or receive a business-to-business approach from us.
Tuzzo Srl, Via Arzaga 11, 20146 Milano, Italy · VAT IT12738860969 · operating the SITO72 service brand.

1. What data we process
Depending on the relationship, we may process company name, business website and domain, sector and service area, business contact details, correspondence, enquiry content, project requirements, contractual and billing information, payment status, technical request data such as IP address and browser/user-agent data used for security and abuse prevention, and records showing whether you opted out of marketing.
We do not receive or store your full card number. Payments are handled by Stripe.
2. Where the data comes from
Data may come directly from you, from your organisation, or from public business sources. For B2B prospecting this can include a company website, Companies House/GOV.UK records and other public corporate sources. We prefer generic corporate addresses such as info@, office@ and enquiries@ where practical.
3. Why we use it and our legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and taking steps toward a contract: to assess a request, prepare a concept and discuss a possible SITO72 service.
- Providing the service and managing the contract: to build, host, maintain and support a purchased website and administer subscriptions and payments.
- Legitimate interests: to market SITO72 to relevant businesses, protect the service from abuse, maintain records, improve operations and pursue or defend legal claims. Where personal data is used for direct marketing, you can object at any time.
- Consent: where you separately opt in to optional product/news communications that require consent.
- Legal obligations: for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and other requirements that apply to Tuzzo Srl.
4. B2B outreach and electronic marketing
SITO72's outbound programme is designed for verified UK corporate subscribers such as limited companies and LLPs. We identify the sender and provide a simple opt-out in marketing messages. If you ask us to stop, we add the relevant address to a suppression record so we can respect that request in future.
Even where electronic-marketing rules permit a corporate B2B message, personal data remains subject to applicable data-protection law. We therefore minimise personal-data use, prefer corporate inboxes and honour objections.
5. Who processes data for us
We use service providers where necessary to operate SITO72, including infrastructure/database providers, website hosting, Google Workspace for communications and files, Stripe for payments, and other technical suppliers used to build and maintain customer websites. Providers act under their own terms and, where applicable, data-processing arrangements.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where transfer safeguards are legally required, we rely on mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, approved contractual clauses or another valid transfer mechanism offered by the provider.
7. Retention
We keep data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. As a working policy, non-customer prospect/enquiry records are normally reviewed for deletion or anonymisation after 24 months without a meaningful interaction. Suppression records may be retained longer because keeping a minimal record is necessary to avoid contacting someone who opted out. Customer, transaction, contractual and accounting records may be retained for the periods required by Italian tax/accounting law and to establish or defend legal claims.
8. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, and receive portable data where applicable. You can object to direct marketing at any time by replying STOP to a SITO72 marketing email or contacting hello@sito72.com.
You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. UK individuals may also have the right to contact the Information Commissioner's Office where UK data-protection law applies.
9. Cookies and analytics
At launch, the SITO72 marketing website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. Essential infrastructure may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, this notice and any required consent mechanism will be updated first.
10. Changes
We may update this notice as the service changes. The version date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
