SITO72
B2B service terms · version 20 August 2026

Simple scope. Clear rules.

These terms apply to the standard SITO72 website-build and care service purchased from Tuzzo Srl. They are written for business customers, not consumers.

1. Business customers only

By purchasing SITO72 you confirm that you are acting for purposes relating to a trade, business, craft or profession and have authority to place the order for the named organisation.

2. Standard build

Unless a written order says otherwise, the standard build includes:

The standard product does not include e-commerce, marketplaces, membership systems, custom software, complex portals, advanced integrations, bespoke calculators, paid-media management, ongoing SEO campaigns, large content migrations, brand strategy, photography/video production or other work outside the stated scope. Additional work requires a separate written quote or order.

3. Price and billing

The founder launch price is £695 setup + £79 per month care, exclusive of VAT or other taxes where applicable. At the combined checkout, the setup charge and first care period may be collected together, followed by monthly care renewals through Stripe. The current checkout controls the exact amount presented before payment.

Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Tuzzo Srl may issue invoices or fiscal documents as required by applicable accounting and tax rules.

4. The 72-hour target

The SITO72 72-hour target means we aim to provide the first complete standard version within 72 clock hours after both (a) successful payment and (b) receipt of a complete usable brief and any access/materials reasonably required to build the site.

The clock is suspended while we are waiting for customer content, factual confirmations, approvals, DNS/domain access, third-party access, or decisions, and while the customer requests work outside the standard scope. The target is not a guarantee of final publication within 72 hours because launch may depend on customer approval, domain/DNS changes and third parties.

If the first complete standard version is delivered later than the target solely because of a delay within SITO72's control, and none of the exclusions above apply, the customer may request a credit equal to one £79 care month. This credit is the specific service credit for the 72-hour target and is applied to a future care renewal; it is not a cash refund.

5. Revisions and approvals

The standard build includes one consolidated revision round covering reasonable text, image, layout and styling adjustments consistent with the approved concept and standard scope. The customer should send the consolidated revision request within seven days of receiving the first complete version. New pages, new functionality, repeated redesign cycles, material changes of direction or other expanded scope may be quoted separately.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving names, prices, qualifications, accreditations, claims, guarantees, service areas, legal statements and other factual content before publication. SITO72 may draft copy, but does not independently warrant every customer-specific fact.

6. Customer materials and permissions

The customer confirms that it has the right to provide and use all logos, photographs, text, trademarks, reviews, credentials and other materials supplied to SITO72. The customer grants Tuzzo Srl the permissions needed to use those materials for delivering the service.

SITO72 may use publicly available business information as a drafting source, but publication remains subject to customer review. We will not knowingly fabricate customer credentials or performance claims.

7. Domains and launch access

The customer's primary domain should remain registered to or controlled by the customer. The customer must provide the DNS or registrar access, records or cooperation reasonably required for launch. SITO72 is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible domains, registrar locks, third-party DNS providers or incorrect customer account information.

8. Care subscription

While paid and active, standard care includes SITO72-managed hosting, SSL, basic availability monitoring, routine platform maintenance and minor text/image updates within a reasonable small-change allowance. As a practical boundary, minor updates are limited to approximately 30 minutes of standard operator work per billing month. Unused time does not roll over. Larger content changes, redesigns or new functionality are quoted separately.

The care subscription renews monthly until cancelled. A customer may cancel before the next renewal through the available Stripe/customer route or by contacting SITO72. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not normally refund a care period that has already started, except where required by law or expressly agreed.

9. Exit and portability

We do not use domain ownership as a lock-in mechanism. If care ends, the customer's domain remains theirs. On reasonable written request made during the active service or within 14 days after it ends, SITO72 can provide a reasonable static export of the delivered website pages and customer-specific assets that we are permitted to provide. Migration work, third-party configuration or adaptation to another hosting platform is not included unless quoted separately.

10. Intellectual property

After the setup fee is paid in full, the customer receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the final customer-specific website design, page output and copy created specifically for that customer for its own business purposes.

Tuzzo Srl retains ownership of pre-existing and reusable materials including SITO72 frameworks, templates, software, components, methods, automation, know-how and generic design systems. Open-source and third-party materials remain subject to their own licences. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of SITO72's underlying platform or reusable technology.

11. Private concepts

A free/private concept supplied before purchase is a sales demonstration, not a completed website and not an offer to transfer source code or intellectual property. It must not be presented as the customer's live website. SITO72 may remove or expire concept links at any time.

12. Third-party services

The service may depend on reputable third-party infrastructure, payment, communications, database, DNS and hosting providers. SITO72 may change equivalent providers where reasonably necessary. Third-party outages, registrar delays and events outside our reasonable control can affect availability or launch timing.

13. Warranties and commercial results

SITO72 will provide the service with reasonable professional care. We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volumes, conversion rates, revenue, advertising performance or uninterrupted operation. Business outcomes depend on factors outside the website itself, including demand, reputation, pricing, traffic, competition and customer follow-up.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuzzo Srl is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or losses caused by inaccurate customer materials, unauthorised customer content, third-party outages or customer-controlled accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuzzo Srl's aggregate liability arising from the SITO72 service is limited to the total fees actually paid by the customer for SITO72 during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Suspension and misuse

SITO72 may suspend service where payment is overdue, the site is being used unlawfully, the customer creates a security risk, or continued service would expose Tuzzo Srl or its providers to material legal or technical risk. Where practical, we will give the customer a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue first.

16. Changes to these terms

Changes to standard terms apply prospectively. A material change to an active customer's paid service will not retrospectively remove rights already earned for a paid period.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These B2B terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the courts of Milan, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the SITO72 service.

18. Entire agreement

The checkout, any written order/quote expressly accepted by SITO72, and these terms form the agreement for the standard service. If a written custom order expressly conflicts with these standard terms, the custom order controls only for the conflicting point.
